Why the gut loves a routine: sleep, food, and the microbiome on a schedule
The modern rhythm of life dictates its rules to us: we work late, sacrifice sleep for deadlines, eat breakfast on the run, and eat dinner well past midnight. To our conscious minds, such chaos may seem like a sign of productivity or an inevitable norm of the urbanized world. However, for our bodies, or more precisely, for our microbiome, the lack of a clear schedule is a real disaster.


Microbiome after the sea: do salt water, sun and a change in diet affect our “superorgan”?
Traditionally, it is believed that a trip to the sea is the best way to "reboot" the body, strengthen the immune system and gain strength for the whole year. We expect that the sea and health are inseparable concepts. However, gastroenterologists and dermatologists record different statistics: after returning from sea resorts, thousands of people complain of acute bloating, bowel movements, skin rashes, exacerbation of allergies and inexplicable fatigue.
